Match-Rooms Capabilities:
With our standard server implementation Match-Rooms can be set to handle requests from upto 1000 users plus your designated admins, and you make multiple booking. Your bookers will receive confirmation and reminder emails, or they can be updated ( at an extra cost ) via Text messaging.
The system is capable of a wide range of reports which can be created by users and shared with colleagues, and we have a number of special reports which permit more complex analysis of data with drill downs.
Other Features.
- The system can provide a range of automated emails keeping admin and users up to date with their bookings.
- The system is provided as SaaS on a secure server (ISO27001) in the cloud, we do have options for versions that would operate on an in house server.
- Users are individually password protected, and each log on has a security profile to cover what they need to do.
- Your Super user Admins can change bookings, and add and edit assets like rooms pods, desks and resources.
- We include a data warehouse so that admins can create, run and share reports called My Reports to provide detail and quality information on system usage and booking.
- Tracks users, assets, time usage and locations.
